- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software

The Software includes free features available to all users and premium features available to paying users. Feature availability may change at any time.
Paid licenses are subject to the pricing and terms displayed at the time of purchase. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated.
4. Data and Privacy
Summon operates entirely locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data, clipboard history, snippets, or search queries.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SUMMON BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may update the Software and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Termination
We may terminate your license to use the Software at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.
